Refund policy
1. Sale Items and Discounted Items
Orders made with promo code (10% off) are non-refundable and eligible for store credit.
All items on sale and/or discounted by 20% may be eligible for store credit, but are non-refundable. This includes combined discounts amounting to 20%.
All items on sale and/or discounted by 25% or more are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered. This includes combined discounts amounting to 25% or more.
Please note: During the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, the 10% welcome code cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
2. Return Policy - Online
If you'd like to return your item(s), returns must be requested within 10 days after your order is marked as Delivered. Please send us an email including your order number to: info@lestudio-s.com
Our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours of your request.
Kindly note that items for return must be shipped within 5 days of receiving our return address.
It typically takes up to 2 weeks for the return package to arrive at our warehouse in Toronto, and 2-5 days for us to review your returned items.
Please allow us some time, and you will receive a refund confirmation email once the review process is complete.
For in-store returns, they must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
Items that are shipped and do not adhere to our return policy will be shipped back to the customer.
Items from different orders cannot be combined within the same return.
- For domestic orders: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. A $4 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount for online returns.
- For US orders: A shipping label will be provided and a $15 USD will be deducted from the return amount for online returns.
For packages that are lost or not delivered to LE STUDIO, we are unable to provide a return and refund. we recommend insuring your package and shipping through a major courier such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS.
Item(s) must be in un-worn condition (new),in original condition, with no damage and tags in place. Returns may be rejected if the items have make up stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. After receipt and our review of the item(s) to be in satisfactory condition, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment. We can only provide a refund to the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. LE STUDIO has the right to reject returns for any reason, at our discretion. Rejected returns will result in the item being sent back to the customer.
If you don't want a refund, we can give you a store credit of 100% of what you paid (excluding shipping). Please see Store Credit section below.
For purchases completed with Apple Pay, if a new card number has been issued, we will not be able to process the refund. In such cases store credit can be provided.
Previously placed orders will not be price matched during sale periods.
3. Exchange
In order to ensure fair inventory for customers, we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you secure the correct size, a new order must be placed and a return requested for your existing item. The conditions for a return are found above.
Please review the sizing chart and reach out to us on any questions in sizing before your purchase.
4. Package Loss/Shortage/Damage
Le Studio is not responsible for the loss (ie. theft), shortage, or damaged (in transit) of packages once shipped. Please ensure you closely follow the delivery of your shipment and be ready to receive the package. We do not provide refunds for lost, shortage, or damaged packages. Please submit a claim within 5 days after your package was marked delivered. Without a claim within the 5 days of delivery, the package will be considered as truly delivered.
To submit a claim, please contact us through a customer service representative at info@lestudio-s.com and include your name, order number, and details of the issue (loss, shortage, damage).
Claims are taken forward with the courier's insurance, and are subject to approval of the insurance provider.
5. Store Credit - Online
If you don't want a return, we can give you a store credit of 100% of what you paid (excluding shipping). The conditions above for exchanges and returns apply.
You will be responsible to send the items back to us, and any shipping costs if applicable. Upon receipt and review of the item(s), the store credit will be granted.
We recommend insuring your package and shipping through a major courier such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS. For packages that are lost or not delivered to Le Studio, we are unable to provide store credit. Please see above regarding costs related to returns.
6. Pre-Order/Back Ordered Items
Pre-orders are made to order and are only eligible for store credit - no refunds.
Previously placed orders will not be price matched during sale periods.
7. In Store at LE STUDIO - Returns
Please see section 8 below if you have purchased from a retailer other than LE STUDIO. This section below applies to direct purchases from LE STUDIO.
Returns must be completed in person at the store within 14 days of purchase. You will need to provide your receipt and original form of payment.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn with no damage, with tags in place. We reserve the right to reject any item that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Returns and/or exchanges may be rejected if the items have make up stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume.
After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or entertain store credit.
Previously placed orders will not be price matched during sale periods.

8. Items purchased at retailers (other than LE STUDIO)
Items purchased at retailers other than LE STUDIO must adhere to the return and exchange policy of the retailer that sold the item.
Items purchased at a retailer cannot be sent for return or exchange online, and cannot be returned in-store at a LE STUDIO location.
Items purchased online at lestudio-s.com cannot be returned to retailers.
9. International Orders (Outside Canada & USA) - Online
International orders are eligible for a store credit.

All shipping, customs and duties fees that are charged will be the responsibility of the individual returning the item(s). A $15 USD will also be deducted from the return amount for online returns. Any customs and duties fees that are charged will be deducted from the return amount.
Upon receipt and review of the item(s), the store credit will be granted.
10. Order Cancellation - Online
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. The order will be fulfilled and shipped to you. Please see above points above relating to returns.
11. Accessories
All accessories are final sale and not eligible for store credit, refunds, or exchange.
